Will Harvey – Contracts Manager

Will began his career in Traffic Management in 2021 joining MLP Traffic.

Early on Will was given the opportunity to contribute to the MRP gas contract, where he quickly established a strong working relationship with the client. This experience led to my promotion to Contract Manager for Cadent—a role he has embraced with commitment and pride. Upon TMO Highways winning more work on the Costain Gas contract it became clear that Will’s skillset and excellent reputation would be very welcome at our HQ in Eye. Will was part of our phase 3 vision for the business which involved obtained top talent from the TM industry as part of our big push to grow the business. News of Will change to TMO was exceptionally well received by the clients he used to work for in his previous employment. We have absolutely no doubts that Will we grow and flourish at TMO.

As a local to the South Norfolk, Will is deeply invested in the communities we serve. Outside of work Will enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two daughters. Will is an avid follower of Norwich City both at home and away—win or lose. Will is a passionate follower of fine football which does beg the question of how he manages to watch both Norwich City and England on a regular basis 😉
