RAISE – the Roadworker Abuse & Incursion Exchange
TMO Highways is now proudly part of RAISE
Every day, our teams work on some of the country’s busiest roads, keeping people moving and delivering essential safety for the travelling public. But roadworker abuse and site incursions continue to be a real and growing challenge across the sector
We’re proud to share that TMO Highways is now part of RAISE – the Roadworker Abuse & Incursion Exchange, facilitated through the Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA).
Every day, our teams work on some of the country’s busiest roads across Norfolk and Suffolk, Essex and Herts, Bedfordshire and The Midlands, Cambridge and Lincolnshire and London, keeping people moving and delivering essential safety for the travelling public. But roadworker abuse and site incursions continue to be a real and growing challenge across the sector.

April is Stress Awareness Month
From early starts and long shifts to managing live traffic situations and keeping road users and colleagues safe, the traffic management industry has its fair share of stress.
Stress Awareness Month matters!
Working in Traffic Management means operating in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments every single day. From early starts and long shifts to managing live traffic situations and keeping road users and colleagues safe, the demands of our industry can take a real toll on mental wellbeing.
That’s exactly why Stress Awareness Month matters. It’s a reminder that stress is not “part of the job” to be ignored; it’s something we should talk about openly and address together.
