Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding planning team in the role of Traffic Management CAD planner.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of traffic management principles and be proficient in CAD software, though this is not essential and training will be offered to those who may be looking for a career change.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and a commitment to ensuring safety and efficiency in all traffic Management related operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement traffic management plans for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to assess traffic management requirements and propose effective solutions.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimise our daily coordination of our traffic management jobs. This job will be based out of new Long Stratton head office just south of Norwich.
The successful candidate will manage & allocate planned works to our qualified operatives as well as deal with emergency traffic management request (meeting our 2 hour response times). This is a fast paced jobs which new setups and requests coming in throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Assigning Planned Works for the next working day.
- Ensuring the collection of completed jobs are done within 4 hours of off-hire.
- Understand the emergency nature of of reactive works and the importance of hitting the 2 hour response time by freeing up staff, utilising staff from other depots and management team to ensure delivery.
- Ensure jobs are covered by the appropriate level of qualification required
- Liaise with external agencies to provide additional staffing numbers.
- Communicate with clients to chase up job progress.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers via phone etiquette and professional correspondence.
- Keep abreast of own performance levels & KPI data

- Support inventory control activities within the organisation’s logistics framework.
Skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
