Our teams work outdoors every day, often for long hours and in tough conditions. Sunshine is welcome, but prolonged UV exposure is a real occupational risk, and one we take seriously.

TMO Proud to be present as the first public use of Long Stratton bypass gets underway!
The Bypass opened for public use on the 11th August 2025
The much-anticipated Long Stratton Bypass officially opened to the public on 11 August 2025, ahead of schedule. Excited motorists queued up to be among the first to drive along the newly completed route, which now diverts traffic away from the heart of Long Stratton, Norfolk.
Local residents have campaigned for this development for many years, citing the need to ease congestion and improve safety in the village. Their efforts have now paid off, with the bypass promising smoother journeys and a quieter, safer environment for the community.
