Neurodiversity Training

This week the team at TMO Traffic Highways Ltd took part in some neurodiversity training, and it was genuinely eye-opening.

A huge thank you to Hayley Frankland, who delivered the session and explained everything incredibly well turning a complex and important topic into something clear, practical, and relevant to all of us.

At TMO Highways, we recognise that every individual thinks, learns and works differently. As part of our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, members of our team recently attended a Neurodiversity Awareness training session at our head office.

Another successful project delivered

TMO Highways has completed traffic management for a full resurfacing and lining scheme at Floods Ferry in Cambridgeshire

A project and setup that demanded careful planning, clear communication, and a real focus on the people affected by the works day to day.
