Working closely with organisers and local stakeholders throughout the planning process, our team was responsible for coordinating traffic management, event operations and implementing the necessary traffic management measures to keep participants, spectators and road users safe throughout the festivities. The event required careful planning and seamless execution, with our experienced staff working alongside event organisers to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. Support provided in the lead-up to the event has already resulted in positive feedback from organisers and opened discussions regarding future event opportunities.

Despite some particularly dramatic weather conditions, the carnival was a great success. One of the most striking moments (pun intended!)  of the evening was captured in a remarkable photograph showing a bolt of lightning striking the sea off the Cromer coastline, creating a spectacular backdrop to a well-managed event.

Events of this scale require flexibility, professionalism and a calm approach when conditions become challenging, and our team demonstrated all three throughout the operation.

Thanks to the dedication of everyone involved, Cromer Carnival was able to proceed safely and successfully, allowing visitors and local residents to enjoy a fantastic celebration.
