Matt Cheeseman – Senior Operations Manager

Matt joins us with over 25 years of experience spanning construction, civils, and traffic management. Matt began his journey in traffic management in 2009, progressing from on-site operative to senior leadership through a commitment to continuous improvement, customer service, and operational excellence.

Over the years Matt has held diverse roles across operations, planning, CAD design, contract management, and general management. Matt’s career has included leading teams in pre-operational, operational, and commercial functions, developing bespoke systems and training for clients. Matt thrives on translating complex requirements into actionable plans and solutions, working closely with stakeholders, clients, and teams. He is passionate about setting teams up for success, driving improvements, and staying hands-on to support both people and processes.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, outdoor adventures, building projects, and more recently – learning the game of golf.
