Office Manager

Nicola joined TMO as Office Manager in April 2025 having worked in the Traffic Management industry for almost a decade.
Having started her career in traffic management in 2015, starting as an Administrator Nicola quickly demonstrated a strong aptitude for organisation and commercial efficiency. By 2017, she advanced to Head of Administration, overseeing day-to-day business support, internal coordination and key customer payment applications.
In 2019, Nicola stepped into the role of Head of Accounts, where she has since played a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving commercial queries, and leading the implementation of new systems. Her focus on streamlining processes and improving internal workflows has helped drive commercial improvement across departments. Nicola brings a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, making her an invaluable part of the leadership team.
In Nicola’s spare time she is a dedicated mother to her son and two daughters, she loves spending time with family and close friends. She also enjoys baking, going to the theatre and is an avid Norwich City fan and season ticket holder.
