We run a full internal sign off programme to allow you to have one of our experienced auditors with you on the first steps of your journey before then signing you off via our audit scheme ensuring you’re ready to go it alone.

We give you your birthday off each year and you can earn additional days holiday with every year of completed service with TMO (up to 5 years). Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated LANTRA M5 Traffic Management Operatives to undertake quality, safe setups and manual controls in various environments across London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire.
***(We are prepared to consider LANTRA M1/M2 operatives too but at the rate of £13.25 basic and £16.10 overtime)***
The role involves managing traffic, maintaining equipment, and communicating effectively with team members and the public. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where pride in your work and safety awareness are paramount.

Duties
• Setup of traffic management sites for 12D works, primarily temporary traffic lights and road closures.
• Dismantle traffic management setups in a timely and safe fashion.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on traffic management setups to ensure proper compliance.
• Manage the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians around work sites or event areas
• Assist with battery changes and light swaps.
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and the public regarding traffic arrangements
• Undertake daily paperwork using our bespoke app.
• Respond promptly to any safety concerns or emergencies on site

Skills
• Strong management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in maintenance of traffic management systems
• Valid driving licence
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public
• Organisational ability to plan routes, manage resources, and prioritise tasks effectively
• Awareness of health and safety regulations related to traffic management operations

Weekend TM Staff

Vacancy Reference : WEEKEND

We are looking for staff to work weekends as part of their normal week, such as Wed-Sun, or 3 days during the week and the 2 weekend days, alternatively we would also consider those who just want part-time employment at the weekend.
