Kieron started his Traffic Management Career as a trainee in early 2008, he worked hard to get his M1/M2 tickets and then went on to complete his M5 qualification.

Kieron looked after a street lighting contract until 2014, he then made the move to TMO, working hard on the road as an M5 operative. Kieron quickly moved up the ranks proving his flair for Co-ordination, surveys, site meetings and audits.

Due to personal circumstances in mid-2020 Kieron decided to take sabbatical to care for his wife

Kieron returned to TMO from his sabbatical leave in June 2021, he made such an immediate impact as Yard Supervisor that he has been recently tasked with the role of Operations Manager.in late 2021 Kieron then Became Senior Operations Manager to Oversee the daily running of the Low Speed side of the company, in 2023 Kieron has taken over the Role of Business Development Manager where he is keen on keeping up the good customer relationships we have and to also really push TMO in getting more customers in the future.

Kieron is looking forward to the challenge and will work closely alongside Terry Simpson and Dave Kingsbury. The Operational Management team will ensure the company continues to run smoothly and that our excellent customer service levels are maintained.

Kieron is also dedicated to his family especially his wife and son. Kieron does like down time and has a love of fishing in his local fishing lake and is a keen all round Angler.
