Ashley is our longest serving member of staff having joined the company in its infancy back in 2011. He started off as a planner creating TM plans and had a hand in developing the neat, and easy to understand style our plans have become known for.

His day is spend quoting new jobs for customers using the many years of knowledge he has built to come up with the safest and most cost effective way of getting jobs complete. Ashley is now heavily involved in the 12A/B side of TMO highways taking on large plans for major scheme works. In addition to the plans Ashley is involved with speaking to the councils and authorities to suggest and agree the best TM methods to be used on high profile Major roads across the UK.

Ashley loves spend most of his spare time with his young family, is also a keen follower of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL team and likes to relax listening to Djent, a technically interesting genre of heavy metal.
