Ben is Operations Director whilst still undertaking his Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager role.

Ben is the driving force behind our ISO9001, 14001, 39001 & 45001 accreditations. He is takes the lead on achieving our Achilles, Constructionline and Alcumus certification. Ben joined the TM industry back in 2007 and has worked his way up within the ranks of the company within that time. Ben has been involved in many aspects of the business, with grass roots experience coming from a field operative basis he has played an instrumental role in developing the standard and the quality within the business, promoting better environmental practices as well as driving forwards our superb safety record.

In 2021 Ben became one of 4 Mental Health First Aiders within the business, a trained Educator and Tutor, he securing his NCRQ Level 6 in Applied Health & Safety, TechIOSH status and became an associate member of IEMA after passing his foundation certificate in environmental management through Northumbria University. In 2025 Ben furthered his environmental credentials by passing the ISEP Certificate in Environmental Management. Ben also holds his ISO9001 Lead Auditor Qualification through IRCA.

Ben has implemented countless work flows within our organisation and continues to the review the development of our processes.

His previous roles as Multi-phase Operative, Administrator, Sign Technician, CAD Design, Planning and Design Manager has given Ben a solid foundation to undertake his current role and drive the business forward.

Outside of work Ben is an extremely talented photographer and was shortlisted for National Landscape Photographer of the Year 2015. His photography has taken him across the globe, his favourite locations being Iceland and Austria. Some photographs that appear on our website have been produced by Ben.

Ben is a keen sportsman and has represented Great Britain at American Football whilst winning the National Championship in 2007 along the way. He has also represented Norfolk at Cricket whilst playing for Diss in the Norfolk Premier Division. After retiring from football he took up  the whistle and was FA Level 3 Referee and is coached by Premier League Assistant Referee Dan Robathan & Premier League Referee Kevin Friend.

Ben is also a proud father of 2 and has his hands full balancing all of the above!
