Jake began his career in the traffic management industry in 2009 as a Yard Boy, where his strong work ethic and dedication quickly set him apart. In 2010, he took the next step in his professional journey by training to become a 12AB operative. His commitment to excellence and eagerness to learn allowed him to progress rapidly through the ranks, earning a reputation as a highly respected worker among his peers and supervisors.

Following his training, Jake served as a TMF and IPV driver at MLP Traffic Ltd., where he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience in managing complex traffic scenarios. His ability to adapt and lead in high-pressure situations contributed significantly to the safety and efficiency of operations.
In 2024, Jake joined Elite TM, specializing in 12D works with a particular focus on traffic lights and road closures. His extensive knowledge and expertise in traffic management continue to make a positive impact on road safety and operational effectiveness.

Outside of work, Jake is a dedicated season ticket holder for Ipswich Town, passionately supporting his team through every match. He is also an avid runner, finding joy and balance in maintaining an active lifestyle. As a proud father of two, Jake cherishes family time and strives to instill the same values of hard work and dedication in his children.
