James is the HSEQ Manager at TMO Highways, bringing a strong background in developing management systems and driving high standards in safety, quality and compliance.

He previously spent seven years at Gasway Services Ltd, where he played a key role in developing and embedding a multi award‑winning management system, while promoting a positive and proactive safety culture across the organisation.

At TMO, James is focused on supporting the business’ commitment to delivering the highest standards of safety and service across all operations.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, making the most of days out and holidays, and is actively involved in coaching his son’s football team.
