Since joining TMO Joe has become a highly skilled and valued operative and began helping out the business with doing surveys and auditing. Following a horrific leg break in early 2024 Jo came into the office and began to learn the coordination role, a role that Joe had expressed a desire to do for many years.  Joe began as a trainee coordinator under the wing of Coordination Manager, Terry Simpson and quickly proved his aptitude for the role.

In April 2024 Joe was offered the role of West Coordinator, looking after our works from our Wisbech (Cambridgeshire) and St Neots (Bedfordshire Depot) Joe’s will continue his development and will become a key part of the operations cog.

Away from work Joe is a keen fisherman and a dedicated family man.
