Kirsty joined the business in early 2026 as our Head of Responsible Business.

She leads our strategy across Social Value, FIR, EDI, Sustainability and contract bids, driving momentum in these essential areas. Kirsty oversees the delivery of our policies, targets and initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to responsible, inclusive and sustainable growth.

Acting as a vital link between our organisation and our clients, she builds partnerships that deliver meaningful impact and contribute to a legacy of positive, lasting change.

Kirsty brings extensive experience from senior roles within Tier 1 construction and infrastructure organisations. Her deep industry knowledge and strategic insight supports our continued ambition to embed responsible business practices across everything we do. As a Master Practitioner in Neuro‑Linguistic Programming and a passionate advocate for Women in Construction, Kirsty brings a people‑centred approach that aligns strongly with our values and long‑term vision.
