Terry joined TMO in 2013 as an operative and quickly established himself as one of the best M1/M2 operatives we had so it was no surprise to see him quickly gain his M5 Multiphase qualification. In 2016 Terry moved into a Co-ordination position, looking after our Norfolk and Suffolk areas out of the Eye Depot. Terry’s succes led to him also co-ordinating the South Area working out of Witham.

After a successful 4 years within co-ordination Terry’s fine performance in hitting not only our clients but also our own KPI’s meant he was a prime candidate for the Operations Manager role. Since then Terry has overseen the Operations out of our Eye & Wisbech Depot and when the opportunity arose to step up into the Senior Operations Manager position it was clear that Terry was the right man for the job. Terry has been in the Senior Operations position since 2023 and has continued to drive forwards our service and safety ethos.

Outside of work Terry is a keen golfer with a handicap of 3 and can often be found at Eaton Golf Course in Norwich. Terry is also a football fan and is a proud Newcastle United Fan. When not engrossed in Sport Terry is a family man with 3 children.
