Ryan has been with TMO since day one and joined as a planner.

Ryan joined TMO Highways in its early years and has continually developed his skills within the traffic management industry. In 2023, he stepped into a Health and Safety role, gaining valuable experience and broadening his understanding of the business before recently returning to the Planning Team as Planning Manager.

The knowledge and skills Ryan has built throughout his time with the company have enabled him to transition seamlessly into the role. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement will help maintain and further enhance the Planning Team’s strong reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys walking his dog, Nyxie, and spending time with his family. His balanced approach and commitment both at work and at home reflect the values he brings to the Planning Team every day.
