TMO Highways offers a full range of Traffic Management Consultancy, CAD Design and Local Authority Approval Services.
Initial Engagement / Survey
TMO offer a comprehensive consultancy package, starting with our completely bespoke survey app.
Whether we are meeting you on site or undertaking a survey based upon the information you have provided us our application will produce a thorough, transparent and detailed report on what type of traffic management is needed.
Our survey will cover all project based variances including proximity to railway crossings, schools, identify the traffic sensitivity of the roads, bus routes, lane rentals, the likely need of an operative on site and what permissions will be needed to get the job on the road.
Our experienced and qualified surveying team will give you competent advice and talk you through the safest method for your site traffic management. The finished report will include measurements, site layouts, diversion routes, photos, and a full list of the job details. This report is available upon request to ensure you can see how we came about our decision and how we are going to ensure the safety of your workforce and the passing public.

Local Authority Approval
The TMO Highways planning team have very strong working relationships with local council authorities and their streetworks teams. This comes from years of successful experience in obtaining approvals through quality plans, interactions and communication with the various authorities.
Our planning team will assist you on a one to one project management basis. We will complete and submit traffic management applications, such as a TTRO, on your behalf, update you with progress and notify you once approvals have been received. We can discuss the project and the traffic management with the local authority, stakeholders, emergency services, bus companies, local businesses and even other contractors working on a collaborative working basis. We are happy to attend Town Hall or publicity events to assist with the PR surrounding your works. As a key partner in your works we can answer any questions that members of public, parish councils or businesses may have relating to the traffic management.
We want to make the process as simple and stress free as possible and have designed our processes to ensure we achieve that promise.
