Yet another huge achievement for TMO Highways last week with the 2024 Achilles audit scores dropping into our inbox.
For the third time in four years our HSEQ team have achieved a full house of 100% across all areas on the Achilles audit. This level of consistency at such a high level is testament to our ongoing commitment to all things Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.
Our IMS Director Ben Green was quick to praise the efforts of not only the HSEQ team but all the members of the TMO team when we caught up with him.
I’m exceptionally proud of everyone who plays a part in us being able to obtain a full house of 100% again this year. Whilst the processes and procedures are driven by the top level without the buy-in and compliance from our dedicated staff then these would merely be bits of paper. It’s taken strong and clear communication to enable us to get our staff fully on board with why we do what we do here at TMO but the proof is in the pudding not only with our audit scores but also with the fact that our safety record is excellent along with the fact we are winning more and more work. Our focus doesn’t shift and we don’t allow complacency to kick in now the audits are over for the year, work has already started to ensure our results remain excellent heading into 2025.
With TMO once again being amongst the very best businesses in the UK it’s important that we continue to push the boundaries and ensuring that our standards remain high, our commitment to safety is relentless and we are working to ensure our impacts on the environment are kept to a minimum.
