TMO Highways set to launch new workflow app

As of Dec 1st 2023 TMO Highways will be switching the bulk of its workflow on to Re-flow, our new preferred choice of app.

12 Months of work and preparation has gone into getting ready for the big launch. The app will help bring together the different areas of the business and will streamline everything from queries, quotes, bookings, operational assignment, collections right through to invoicing.

Business & Commercial Director, Mark Haysman, along with Jamie Lange have worked tirelessly to create the various workflows and forms to ensure that we are heading into 2024 armed with an app befitting of TMO. For many years our processes have relied on trusted spreadsheets and formulas but when the opportunity arose to tie in all our documents through reflow it soon became clear that this was the way forwards.

Recent growth at TMO has also meant we needed to look at ways of working smarter. This system will benefit everyone within our team and help us deliver the standards that our clients have come accustomed whilst using TMO. Reflow will help keep tabs of our live traffic management sites, enable us to quality check the setups and provide our clients with images from site. The operatives across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire have been using the system for over 9 months now and have given TMO the thumbs up which enabled us to then bring in the other areas of the business.
