Established in 2014, we quickly set about resetting the levels of service offered within the traffic management industry. Our staff are key to our success and all share the same mentality of working for TMO means you work for, and have to deliver the very best.
As a company we are certified under the recognised National Highway Sector Scheme for 12A,B & D traffic management. This enables us to work on rural, urban or high speed roads including dual carriageways and motorways. Traffic management is just one part of our service portfolio but forms a large percentage of our overall business. We also specialise in all forms of event and pedestrian management. We have the infrastructure in place to be able to react to both planned and emergency works, we have existing contracts in place supporting the utilities, construction, local authority & highways industries.
Our absolute and unwavering commitment to safety & service is well recognised within our industry. As a business we are fully Alcumus SSIP accredited, we hold the BSI ISO45001 (Health and Safety) accreditation as well as being a Constructionline Gold Standard business. On top of these we also have a long and proud history of achieving high scores on the Achilles B2 Audit.

We understand as a business with a large fleet of vehicles we must play our part in helping the climate crisis. We take our BSI ISO14001 (Environmental) accreditation extremely seriously and we are already pushing the latest solar technology into our fleet of traffic management equipment. As a business we have invested in the latest temporary traffic signal equipment because reliability and trust are two keys to our success.
KPI targets are a way of life and we set our own high standards. These standards are underpinned by our “continuous improvement” mentality which comes from us holding the BSI ISO9001 (Quality) certification. We continually review and update our clients on our performance at a period which suits. Our sites are audited on a daily basis, to ensure they comply with the New Roads And Street Work’s Act 1991 as well health and safety legislation.
Our business hub operates 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year, so we are always available day or night. Reassurance & support is only a phone call away.
