Congratulations to Darren Bailey on his promotion to Senior Surveyor here at TMO Highways.
Darren will now head up our Surveying and Auditing teams following his years of excellent loyal service.
Darren has long been the benchmark for our standards here at TMO, over the years Darren has become a source of help and knowledge for our field based staff before then moving into a more customer facing role by undertaking surveys and site meetings.
Darren’s new role role will see him draw both aspects of his skillset together and ensure the standards of the other surveyors and auditors match his. Surveys form an essential part of the success of any traffic management scheme, so having a team of strong, able and confident surveyors has become more essential than ever before. We consider our surveys to be not only a product but an essential service. We have customised our survey software to ensure that the key data is not only captured but presented in a way our clients can understand and have faith in. Darren’s fun personality has seen him build up quite the customer base who ask for him by name. Darren will also continue to audit whilst upskilling the next generation of TMO auditors, ensuring that the clients get the same high level of service on site that they have come to expect from TMO Highways.
Getting this role is a real honour for me, it really plays into my passions and allows me to still meet the clients out on site, audit our field based operatives whilst also training a strong team of surveyors and auditors to ensure our ever-growing client base receives the same level of service whoever they meet from TMO Highways.
