A major project in the East Anglia town of Long Stratton to construct a bypass is progressing well thanks to traffic management provided by TMO Highways.

The Long Stratton bypass is a project that has been on the cards for over 30 years. The bypass will have a big impact on the residents of the town in Norfolk and TMO Highways are very proud to be supplying traffic management . The Long Stratton Bypass is a proposed 3.9km single-carriageway highway scheme which will allow drivers to reach the A140 without having to pass through the town. The job includes construction of three new roundabouts, two new junctions and two overbridges. As well as the bypass, plans for 1,800 new homes and a new primary school for the area were recently approved by South Norfolk Council. As you can see from this recent ariel photo the works are progressing well. TMO Highways have a speed restriction in place for the works along the A140 and have several road closures in place facilitating the works taking place. TMO are proud to support Octavius throughout this project worth over 45 Million pounds and look forward to more works in the future.
