Dan is the High-Speed Manager at TMO, responsible for overseeing all high-speed projects and major schemes across the business. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence, Dan plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of complex traffic management solutions.

He began his journey with TMO in 2019 as a High-Speed Foreman, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience and hands-on knowledge. His expertise in 12AB works quickly became evident as he took the lead on numerous high-profile projects, coordinating closely with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. Dan’s dedication, leadership, and technical know-how led to his promotion to High-Speed Supervisor in 2021, as the department experienced significant growth under his influence.

In 2024, Dan stepped into his current role as High-Speed Manager, where he continues to drive innovation, uphold high standards, and collaborate closely with the Senior Schemes Manager to push the department forward. His proactive approach and ability to lead teams through challenging environments have made him a key figure in the company’s continued success.

Outside of work, Dan is a devoted West Ham United supporter and never misses a chance to watch a match pitch-side with his daughter. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he cherishes time spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
