This week saw an addition to the TMO Highways head office setup with us expanding our office space on top of our existing layout.
A recent expansion in our operational coverage, total number of depots and staff numbers meant the expansion was a necessary move to allow our people a practical and comfortable place to work.
We caught up with Operations Director, Ben Green, to get his thoughts on the recent additions
It’s been a busy few months here at TMO with our new depot opening near St Neots, taking on new coverage areas for our clients, expanding our planning and operations staff as well as seeing a big increase in the amount of operatives on the road. This expansion to our office layout means that each of our departments now have their own office to allow them to continue to apply their craft in a space specifically laid out for their needs. It became obvious we needed a larger meeting room with our ever growing list of industry recognised accreditations meaning we get audited more. We are now sitting at over 80 staff within the business and having the right space at our HQ will allow us to continue to offer the high service that our clients have become accustomed to across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire, London and now into the Midlands. The staff seem really happy with the recent changes to the office layout and is a great way to end the year.
