TMO Highways driver of the year award 2024

At TMO, safety is our top priority. We closely monitor driver performance across all operational areas, including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire, ensuring that our team upholds the highest standards of road safety. Our drivers are expected to operate with care, professionalism, and respect for other road users at all times.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we run an annual Driver of the Year competition, evaluating key performance metrics such as speed control, smooth cornering and braking, and adherence to essential safety measures like seat belt usage. This initiative not only promotes safer driving habits but also recognizes outstanding individuals within our team.

We are delighted to announce that this year’s Driver of the Year award goes to Anthony Winch, based at our Traffic Management depot in Witham, covering the Essex and London area. Tony’s exemplary performance and dedication to safe driving set a benchmark for others to follow.
