We’re proud to share that TMO Highways is now part of RAISE – the Roadworker Abuse & Incursion Exchange, facilitated through the Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA).
Every day, our teams work on some of the country’s busiest roads across Norfolk and Suffolk, Essex and Herts, Bedfordshire and The Midlands, Cambridge and Lincolnshire and London, keeping people moving and delivering essential safety for the travelling public. But roadworker abuse and site incursions continue to be a real and growing challenge across the sector.
By joining RAISE, we’re standing alongside other TM providers to:
🔹 Share data on abuse, near misses & incursions
🔹 Identify trends that can shape better protection for operatives
🔹 Promote consistent reporting, learning & cross‑industry collaboration
🔹 Drive cultural change, ensuring roadworkers are treated with the respect they deserve
This isn’t just about statistics; it’s about people. Our people.
Everyone has the right to go home safe, supported & without fear of aggression while doing their job.
We’re committed to using RAISE insights to improve training, strengthen site controls, and contribute to a safer, more respectful environment for all roadworkers across the UK.
Thank you to the TMCA for creating a unified platform that brings the industry together for the safety of our workforce.
