We are seeking skilled 12AB operatives, LTMO’s, TMFs and IPV drivers to join our team. The role will include the setup of relaxation and standard Lane Closures, Full Carriageway Closures & Diversion Routes, Maintenance & Gatemen duties.

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled 12AB operatives, LTMO’s, TMFs and IPV drivers to join our team. The role will include the setup of relaxation and standard Lane Closures, Full Carriageway Closures & Diversion Routes, Maintenance & Gatemen duties.
A TM vehicle is provided within this role and can be taken home.  

Duties:
– Drive the standard within the company through quality, safe setups
– Maintain accurate paperwork through the use of our working app – Re-Flow
– Manage communication with the operations department
– Be polite and professional to customers and members of public

Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
– Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
– Knowledge of chapter 8 and Raising The Bar standards.
