With the recent growth across East Anglia as well as our new St Neots Depot opening in Bedfordshire our planning team has welcome two new starters into its ranks.
Joining the team is the highly experienced Ashley Varley who is stepping back into the traffic management industry having previously worked his way up from trainee operative to planning manager. Ashley’s knowledge and professionalism will fit right in with our existing planning team and we are sure he will be a hit with the clients. As well as Ashley joining we have promoted from within. Tom Godbold, our sign maker has long expressed an interest in stepping in to planning and will be starting his new role on Wednesday 11th October 2023.
Planning Manager Andy Rayner was overjoyed with his new recruits when we caught up with him on Friday and had this to say about his ever-growing team.
For us at TMO it’s essential to show a clear progression pathway for all our staff and Tom would be the first to admit he didn’t see this pathway opening up immediately, but through hard work and dedication he put his name at the very top for when the door opened. It’s also testament to the team and environment that TMO can attract the likes of Ashley Varley into the business, it’s been clear over the past few months that TMO really is becoming the preferred choice for people looking to either move on from their existing employment or take their first steps into a career within traffic management across East Anglia and beyond.
With over 80 members of staff now TMO continues to grow from strength to strength throughout Norfolk, Suffolk Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, London and further afield. Our clients really do appreciate our commitment to safety and service whether that be on their 12D low speed works, 12AB high speed works, pedestrian management or on an event.
