It’s always an exciting day when the next batch of operatives join the business following a recruitment push. Recently we have been inundated with applicants, both experienced and untrained. It’s become clear that our recent efforts to be an employer of choice have paid off. What we are hearing from our new starters is that the level of support, training and mentoring that they are getting is second to none. Even those who have been working in the industry years and learning through our auditing scheme. As we move towards 2025 it was crucial that we keep our staffing numbers where they need to be to service our ever-growing client base. We have had some fantastic new starters in 2024 and we are excited to see what this next batch bring to the business.
