Phase One of surface dressing works in Norfolk nears conclusion
One of our three crews working on the Norfolk surface dressing works is in its final few weeks of work.
The 4 man crew spearheaded by Dan Williamson has covered 100’s of miles of Norfolk roads over the past 2 months and it now enters the final 3 weeks, on time and having received positive feedback on the efficiency and quality of their traffic management works.

Audit season is upon us again at TMO with BSI undertaking our recertification for our Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety for 2024/2025.
We have been busy managing and improving our integrated systems all year round and we welcome the auditors into the business and embrace and opportunities for improvements that they can give us. Our integrated management system is at the heart of our traffic management business and the data that we capture and monitor allow us to make TMO a better place, whether that be turning up on time to planned works, emergency works and manual controls, monitoring our traffic light breakdowns, the accuracy of our CAD plans, our weekly van idle times, our recycling performance or our accident and absence stats, the system has been crafted to provide quality information that key decisions can be made from.
New Record Number of Staff at TMO
As of Monday 15th April 2024 we have set a new record high in terms of staffing numbers within the business.
Our continued high performance levels has seen more contracts awarded to us based upon our reputation for high service levels coupled with our stringent safety based approach. We have seen demand to join the business at an all time high putting the business in a strong position to continue growing in 2024.

Traffic management cones dropped off to Suffolk Charity
Yesterday saw our second trip down to Jimmy’s Farm in Wherstead and saw us drop over 100 old cones to help them with mental stimulation for some of their new arrivals.
